We thank Jemaah members for their support in raising money for the mosque as well as doing a good deed in helping us distribute Murtabaks to needy families. As of today, we have committed distributing murtabaks (coupon donation from corporate donors), Insha Allah to the following:
1. HWI YOH MAEC (volunteers who will be helping to distribute murtabaks to needy families in the Buangkok Area)
2. CLUB HEAL and Bukit Batok East MAEC (volunteers who will be helping to distribute to needy families at Bukit Batok East)
3. LIONS ELDERS at Mei Ling Street
4. KELANTAN ROAD (Volunteers who will be helping to distribute to needy families in that area).
5. SELECTED MOSQUES IN SINGAPORE ESPECIALLY AL -MAWADDAH AND GAFOOR
THERE WILL BE NO MORE SELLING OF COUPONS ON 13 SEPTEMBER 2015.WE HAVE CEASED SELLING COUPONS FROM 8 SEPTEMBER.

How and When to Redeem the Murtabak?
As printed in the coupon, the distribution of Murtabaks will begin at 11.45 am from the tent next to the mosque. You must bring along the coupon that you have purchased to redeem, 1 coupon for 1 Murtabak that will be accompanied by curry in a small plastic bag. There will be a choice between Mutton and Beef (while stocks last). We will collect your coupon and will not be returned, after redemption.
By when do you need to consume the murtabak?
Please consume Murtabaks by 2 pm. Delivery time : From 10 am
What about cucumbers accompanying the Murtabak?
We will not be issuing cucumbers with sauce for this project as we are concerned about the likelihood of the cucumbers going bad after a few hours. However, there will be a limited number,available only for consumption in mosque multi purpose hall from 12.45 pm to 2 pm. Please ask our volunteers if you need the cucumbers, if you are consuming in the mosque, while stocks last. We seek your understanding in this matter as all efforts are being made to make the project safe for all, Insha Allah.
What happens if I come after 12.30pm?
As you know, the consumption of the Murtabaks must be done by 2 pm and as stated in the coupon, we will be distributing to the needy after 12 30pm. We apologise early for Jemaah members who may be late after 1230pm but we seek your understanding in this matter. Your health is important to us.
Why do you need a Singapore Book Of Records?
The project’s intent is to reach out to the needy and raising funds for the mosque. The Singapore Book of Records attempt is to develop in us the can do spirit as well as providing an opportunity to affirm the good work by volunteers as well as vendors in planning for the event. Our intention is not to get attention but to affirm the efforts of our volunteers.
